The service
FixMyHomeAberdeen introduces homeowners to independent trade businesses. We are not a contractor and we do not carry out any building or repair work ourselves.
For homeowners
Using the service is free. You are responsible for agreeing terms, pricing and scheduling directly with the trade we introduce you to, and for satisfying yourself that they are suitable for the work.
For trades
Trade businesses pay for leads they accept. Accepted leads are non-transferable. Trades must maintain valid insurance and any registrations required for the work they carry out, and must contact homeowners promptly.
Our responsibility
We take reasonable care matching jobs, but we are not party to the contract between a homeowner and a trade and are not liable for the quality, timing or price of work carried out.
Conduct
We may remove any user or business that submits false information, behaves abusively, or attempts to bypass the platform after receiving a lead.
Changes
We may update these terms. Continued use of the service after an update means you accept the revised terms.
